About GreenTrade

The company operates a marketplace that connects project developers with corporate buyers through long-term offtake agreements, providing developers with crucial upfront funding and buyers with secure access to future carbon credits. GreenTrade supports a diverse portfolio of high-integrity avoidance and removal projects, including forest conservation, soil carbon, direct air capture (DAC), biochar, enhanced rock weathering, and improved cookstoves, all validated by leading certifiers. By leveraging blockchain technology, the platform enhances transparency, security, and the tradability of carbon credits, addressing key market constraints and helping companies fulfill their decarbonization and Net Zero commitments.
