About the Role

You will drive global Web3 alliances, marketing, and new business initiatives. You will develop acquisition and growth strategies, coordinate with international partners, design compliant digital asset and payment services, engage regulators, and manage cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical marketing, business development, or business planning experience at a crypto exchange, Web3 startup, financial institution, or operating company
• Practical experience or deep knowledge of crypto assets, stablecoins, Web3 wallets, tokenized deposits, or security tokens
• Basic understanding of relevant financial regulations and experience designing compliant services or leading regulated projects
• Strong communication and execution skills for aligning complex stakeholder interests
• Business-level English for meetings, written negotiations, and discussions with global partners

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to acquire domestic accounts and expand trading volume
• Manage KPIs and drive growth-hacking initiatives to maximize revenue share
• Coordinate stakeholders and align specifications with global product and business teams in English
• Plan digital asset and payment service schemes using blockchain technology
• Develop Web3 financial products and business plans
• Design compliant operating processes based on applicable regulations
• Negotiate and consult with the Financial Services Agency and other authorities
• Manage cross-functional projects with legal, compliance, risk, product, and engineering stakeholders
