About the Role

You will identify and engage C-suite executives and key decision makers at large enterprises to present and sell trading, stablecoin rails, and tokenization platforms. You will build and maintain long term client relationships and ensure high retention and satisfaction. You will serve as a thought leader, monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, and use market insights to influence product and sales strategy. You will partner with product, engineering, and marketing to align client needs with product capabilities and provide actionable feedback. You will drive the full sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure, coordinating with legal and technical stakeholders on complex deals. You will develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other stakeholders, represent the company at industry events, and oversee trading execution, risk management, and brokerage operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a brokerage trading or capital markets role with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Extensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of market structure trading protocols and risk management in traditional and digital asset markets
  • Strong network of institutional clients and proven ability to develop new business
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and a commitment to upholding high ethical standards

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales process including lead generation qualification proposal development negotiation and contract closure
  • Collaborate with legal and technical teams to manage complex deal structures
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions blockchain platforms and exchanges
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and forums
  • Oversee trading execution and risk management
  • Manage brokerage operations and client relations
