About the Role
You will lead complex programs across engineering, spanning AI, software, robotics, vehicle platforms, infrastructure, simulation, evaluation, validation, data, and product. You will plan and coordinate delivery, identify bottlenecks, manage risks and dependencies, align stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements to processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading complex multi-team software or technology programs
- Technical knowledge of software, machine learning, and robotics stacks
- Project planning, prioritisation, risk management, and dependency management skills
- Clear communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strategic problem-solving and product-minded decision-making
Responsibilities
- Own project lifecycles and improve delivery outcomes
- Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows, tooling, and resource allocation
- Align teams through communication, shared goals, and decision-making
