You will lead complex robotics deployments from scope through installation. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, field teams, vendors, logistics, customer communication, pilots, and scalable delivery methods while mentoring project staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 6+ years of technical project or program management experience
• Experience leading technology integration robotics or electromechanical deployments
• Integrated project scheduling dependencies critical paths risk management and contingency planning
• Software and hardware integration
• Network architecture controls or industrial automation
• Configuration management schedule tracking and ticketing systems
• Jira
• Smartsheet
• Salesforce
• MS Project
• Customer-facing technical project management
• Written and verbal communication
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end robotics deployment programs
• Define scope schedules budgets resources and stakeholder alignment
• Interpret architectural AutoCAD electrical network and system documentation
• Direct field applications engineers contractors and vendors on-site
• Oversee logistics inventory critical paths and site safety
• Develop program templates delivery models and deployment methodologies
• Identify technical blockers and drive mitigation strategies
• Present project status financial metrics trade-offs and risks to executives
• Oversee customer pilots field demonstrations and trade-show interactions
• Mentor junior project team members
• Travel up to 50% of the time
