About the Role

You will lead and develop project managers, oversee a large automation-project portfolio, manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, safety, and customer satisfaction, and act as the primary escalation point. You will standardize delivery practices, communicate project progress, and drive proactive risk and improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain, business administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of project or program management experience in large-scale cross-functional environments
• At least 5 years of direct people-leadership experience
• Experience owning programs exceeding $200 million
• Experience delivering large capital projects
• Experience with material handling, industrial automation, robotics, AS/RS, goods-to-person, micro-fulfillment, e-commerce fulfillment, or cold storage
• PMP certification preferred
• Lean or continuous-improvement experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Teamcenter preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers
• Build and scale the project-management organization
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary escalation point for customers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of project delivery
• Identify risks and implement proactive action plans
• Provide weekly progress, risk, and win updates
• Ensure compliance with project-delivery standards and best practices
