About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end system that turns engineering test requests into executable schedules across sites, trucks, and contracted test tracks. You will prioritize requests, run scheduling meetings, coordinate track operations and vendors, manage spending, publish operational metrics, and improve processes as demand grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test operations, fleet, flight, vehicle test coordination, or similar high-tempo scheduling environments
- Experience owning an end-to-end work-intake and scheduling system
- Fluency with Linear or Jira, SLAs, dashboards, and light automation
- Experience forecasting and defending a spend line
- Vendor or facility management experience
- Ability to make and communicate priority decisions under pressure
- Ability to build scalable processes
Responsibilities
- Own the test request workflow in Linear from intake through Ready to Schedule
- Define request templates and pre-filter standards with TPMs
- Run weekly cross-site scheduling meetings and prioritize the test queue
- Define and enforce lead-time standards and expedited emergency processes
- Resolve operational conflicts and escalate trade-off recommendations
- Book contracted test-track time and manage vendor and facility operations
- Coordinate trucks, drivers, and track slots with site supervisors
- Forecast, approve, and report track operations spending
- Publish weekly funnel metrics and standard operations reporting
- Execute monthly backlog reviews, SLA breach reviews, and data-quality audits
- Improve intake, scheduling, and reporting processes
