About the Role
You will lead multidisciplinary teams through real estate project delivery, from entitlements and planning through construction and commissioning. You will manage budgets, scope, schedules, risks, vendors, and third-party resources; present project updates to senior leadership; and build regional partnerships with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements
- 10 or more years leading the design and construction of complex projects
- 4 or more years overseeing direct reports
- Knowledge of construction, including site, ground-up, interior, critical, and technology-focused projects
- Knowledge of leasing, transactions, lease negotiation, landlord work letters, and tenant allowance processes
- Ability to travel within the United States
Responsibilities
- Lead real estate project delivery from entitlements through commissioning
- Manage project budgets, scope, schedules, and risks
- Identify problems and implement solutions to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Partner with workforce planning, space planning, leasing, facilities, engineering, security, and technology teams
- Present design, budget, construction, and change-management plans to senior leadership
- Lead project managers and cross-functional teams
- Manage third-party project delivery resources and vendor performance
