About the Role
You will lead projects from initiation and planning through deployment, acceptance, and handover. You will coordinate software delivery, server and cloud-resource delivery, hardware integration, and cross-functional execution. You will manage schedules, risks, quality, budgets, stakeholder expectations, suppliers, and delivery processes to ensure domestic projects launch on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, electronic information, project management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software projects, hardware delivery, cloud infrastructure, or software-hardware integration projects, including end-to-end delivery ownership for at least one project type.
- Familiarity with software-development or hardware-delivery processes, agile development, DevOps, supplier collaboration, and onsite deployment.
- Proficiency with project-management tools such as Jira, Teambition, and Feishu, with skills in schedule management, risk identification, data analysis, and project visualization.
- Strong business understanding, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and cross-functional execution skills.
- Experience delivering software products together with servers, networks, storage, and cloud resources is preferred.
- Experience with supplier management, equipment procurement, arrival acceptance, or onsite deployment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, containerization, and microservices is preferred.
- Experience building project-management processes, delivery toolchains, or quality systems from scratch is preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or Scrum Master experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead project initiation and planning, including feasibility, resource, return-on-investment, delivery-plan, milestone, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate the full software-product delivery lifecycle from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, launch, and acceptance.
- Lead delivery of servers, networks, storage, cloud resources, and other equipment, including requirements confirmation, supplier coordination, acceptance, deployment, and handover.
- Coordinate software, hardware, network, storage, and cloud-environment integration and resolve technical integration issues.
- Coordinate engineering, testing, operations, supply chain, production, logistics, and external suppliers to manage progress, quality, and issue resolution.
- Establish delivery-management practices using project boards, weekly reports, stand-ups, acceptance standards, and SOPs.
- Connect business and technical stakeholders, manage expectations, contribute to budget and return-on-investment analysis, and support business decisions.
