About the Role
You will drive the execution of backend engineering projects by managing Agile processes, maintaining project visibility, and coordinating releases. You will work across Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps to track delivery, resolve blockers, manage dependencies, communicate status, and improve delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in technical project management, Scrum Master, or similar roles
- Experience managing software development projects in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience managing software releases and delivery processes
- Understanding of backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications
- Communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and sprint tracking
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive timely resolution
- Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, and stakeholder communication
- Track cross-team dependencies and ensure commitments are delivered on time
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular leadership updates
- Drive process improvements to improve delivery efficiency and predictability
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery timelines
