About the Role
You will manage robotic modules or small system projects and lead cross-functional engineering teams. You will create and execute development plans, manage work packages, risks, changes, costs, communication, and stakeholder alignment. You will present project status to management and travel for business when required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience in relevant industries, or equivalent qualifications and experience
- Experience with robotic application or system development projects
- Experience with waterfall or agile project management
- Experience delivering at least one project from requirements through launch
- Technical understanding of electronic hardware, embedded software, or complex IT products
- Organizational, time-management, prioritization, multitasking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- English communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
Responsibilities
- Manage robotic modules or small system projects
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver projects within time, budget, scope, and quality requirements
- Create, maintain, and execute product development plans and project-management tools
- Break down work packages and ensure task completion
- Align project team members and stakeholders on objectives and deliverables
- Establish effective communication among project members and stakeholders
- Identify risks and define countermeasures
- Present project status to project teams and management
- Travel for business up to 30% of the time
