About the Role
You will lead complex technology and AI transformation projects from design through adoption. You will define scope and requirements, manage plans, risks, dependencies, and governance, align business and technical stakeholders, guide solution delivery, and provide executive updates and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Denver-based hybrid availability with in-office attendance on Tuesdays
- 5+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex cross-functional technology initiatives
- 3+ years of transformation, technology delivery, operations, or consulting experience
- Experience leading projects involving AI or machine learning, data, analytics, automation, or enterprise applications
- Skills in scoping, requirements, integrated planning, risk management, dependency management, change management, and outcome tracking
- Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, and compliance
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technology and transformation initiatives
- Translate business outcomes into project plans, scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Manage project execution, governance, dependencies, risks, and delivery
- Lead AI transformation from process redesign through adoption
- Align stakeholders on goals, ownership, dependencies, and decisions
- Clear blockers, manage critical paths, and escalate major conflicts
- Facilitate solution design when assigned as Solution Owner
- Provide delivery updates, executive recommendations, and decision requests
