About the Role
You will manage international entity setup and expansion initiatives, establish governance and reporting practices, coordinate finance stakeholders, and track readiness through go-live. You will support compliance, vendor delivery, change management, and AI automation initiatives across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management, project management, or PMO experience
- At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience
- Experience managing entity setups, international expansion, or multi-country rollouts
- Experience managing multiple finance workstreams
- Stakeholder management across finance functions
- Experience designing governance frameworks
- Analytical and executive reporting skills
- Proficiency with project management and entity management tools
- Communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage international entity setup and expansion programs
- Establish governance, project intake, reporting, risk management, and escalation processes
- Report on project health, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate Finance Operations, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, and People Operations
- Track entity setup and go-live readiness
- Coordinate registrations, filings, and compliance calendars
- Drive adoption of new entity processes and controls
- Manage vendor timelines and commitments
- Track AI automation initiatives within the expansion portfolio
