About the Role
You will coordinate cross-functional client implementations from planning through go-live and handoff. You will align stakeholders, manage resources and risks, validate success criteria, resolve issues, and improve repeatable implementation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of implementation or project management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech
- Experience managing enterprise implementations involving APIs, integrations, or embedded solutions
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders in matrix organizations
- Experience managing technical stakeholders and C-level executives
- Right to work in the jurisdiction of employment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Create and maintain implementation plans with deliverables, timelines, owners, and dependencies
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communication channels
- Coordinate resources across concurrent implementations
- Gather client-impact data and share it with product and engineering
- Identify and document technical, commercial, regulatory, and operational risks
- Establish escalation paths and escalate blockers
- Lead cross-functional issue resolution
- Define and validate implementation acceptance criteria
- Coordinate go-live activities and post-launch support
- Execute handoffs to ongoing support teams
- Conduct post-implementation reviews
- Create and improve implementation process documentation
- Analyze implementation data and feedback to improve processes
