About the Role
You will own customer implementations from post-sale handoff through production go-live. You will coordinate integrations, configuration, testing, dependencies, and stakeholders; resolve blockers; manage scope and risks; and establish repeatable delivery processes. You will complete structured post-launch handoffs to ongoing customer owners.

Responsibilities
- Own customer implementations from Solutions Engineering handoff through production go-live
- Establish implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and launch dates
- Lead implementation kickoffs and delivery governance
- Guide customers through API, webhook, authentication, and payment infrastructure integrations
- Coordinate sandbox testing, configuration, certification, operational readiness, and production launches
- Coordinate customers and internal teams during implementation
- Resolve implementation blockers with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations
- Troubleshoot technical integration issues and escalate them when required
- Identify and mitigate risks to scope, timeline, and launch readiness
- Manage implementation scope changes
- Ensure implementations meet technical and operational standards before launch
- Create repeatable implementation processes, playbooks, documentation, and best practices
- Provide implementation feedback to Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering
- Conduct post-launch handoffs to ongoing customer owners
