About the Role
You will own the planning and delivery of Infrastructure and Operations workstreams across transformation programmes. You will manage plans, risks, dependencies, vendors, governance, and stakeholder communications while ensuring deliverables meet quality, compliance, scope, cost, and timeline requirements.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder programmes in Infrastructure, Operations, or technology delivery.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder management and senior-leadership influencing skills.
- External partner and vendor management experience.
- Written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under time pressure.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Financial services, trading, or relevant-sector experience is desirable.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of Infrastructure and Operations deliverables.
- Build and maintain delivery plans across concurrent workstreams.
- Track dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Identify blockers, escalate risks, and drive mitigation actions.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, governance, and compliance standards.
- Align delivery with product roadmaps and business priorities.
- Coordinate technical delivery and enablement teams.
- Manage external delivery partners and vendors.
- Hold partners accountable for scope, cost, timeline, and performance.
- Provide programme reporting to leadership and steering groups.
- Maintain programme governance and documentation.
- Improve delivery processes and embed lessons learned.
