About the Role
You will own end-to-end product assurance from development through post-launch monitoring. You will govern cross-functional reviews, build scalable controls and launch tooling, implement developer guardrails and CI/CD checks, map compliance claims to controls, and guide high-stakes product-launch risk decisions.
Requirements
- Technical product lifecycle assurance experience
- Security and privacy compliance experience
- Experience building technical controls, metrics, monitoring tools, CI/CD tooling, risk signals, and dashboards
- Experience operating an end-to-end cross-functional product assurance program
- Knowledge of Kubernetes system architectures and data flows
- Experience working with privacy engineering and data science on data maps and database schemas
- Ability to make high-stakes product-launch risk and control decisions
- Knowledge of AI and agents for assurance workflows
Responsibilities
- Operate the product assurance program from development through continuous post-launch monitoring
- Govern Safety, Deployment, Security, and Legal reviews
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability
- Build controls and scalable processes in infrastructure, developer workflows, and launch tooling
- Provide guidance for safe product design and launches
- Map compliance, security, and privacy claims to verifiable controls
- Influence partner roadmaps to advance assurance goals
- Guide product and engineering teams on launch risk, controls, and priorities
