About the Role
You will lead enterprise customer engagements from statement of work through production deployment. You will drive delivery plans, discovery, product scope, technical trade-offs, and stakeholder relationships. You will measure outcomes, manage regulatory and organizational complexity, develop reusable delivery patterns, and travel to customer sites to accelerate adoption.
Requirements
- Experience leading AI or ML engagements or deployments
- Experience deploying AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
- Experience in a specialized industry vertical
- Ability to evaluate architecture and technical trade-offs
- Experience delivering complex technical projects for enterprise clients
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams in regulated industries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery plans for each engagement
- Create sequenced roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
- Lead delivery discovery and map customer workflows
- Shape solution architecture with Forward Deployed Engineers
- Drive day-to-day engineering execution
- Author requirements and prioritize engineering backlogs
- Manage delivery scope and changes
- Lead executive briefings and stakeholder communications
- Define and report value measurement and ROI
- Capture reusable delivery patterns
- Navigate security, legal, procurement, and compliance processes
- Run sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and engagement reporting
- Travel to customer sites to support delivery and adoption
