About the Role
You will organize program documentation, procedures, meetings, trackers, and handoffs across data center design and construction. You will compile reporting inputs, maintain dashboards and KPIs, manage turnover documentation, and help improve processes using AI and integrated reporting tools.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Suite and project management software including Procore, BIM 360/ACC, and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and processes for program planning and execution
- Schedule internal program meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions
- Coordinate cross-functional processes and document tenant and site handoffs
- Identify tasks for standardization or automation and propose AI-enabled improvements
- Maintain trackers for actions, decisions, risks, changes, design reviews, and open items
- Compile weekly and monthly status inputs and prepare report drafts
- Maintain program documentation, folder structures, and commissioning documentation
- Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and KPI reporting
- Implement integrated reporting tools and workflows with Project Controls
