About the Role
You will lead customer engagements from statement of work through production deployment. You will define delivery plans and MVP scope, guide architecture and engineering execution, manage stakeholders and change, measure value and ROI, and codify reusable delivery practices. You will travel to customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership experience
- Experience deploying AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs
- Experience delivering complex technical projects for enterprise clients
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams in regulated industries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery plans for customer engagements
- Structure statements of work, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
- Translate customer objectives into delivery roadmaps
- Lead technical discovery and map customer workflows
- Define MVP scope and shape solution architecture
- Drive engineering execution across customer and internal teams
- Manage product scope, requirements, and engineering backlogs
- Lead executive briefings and stakeholder communications
- Define and report value measurement and ROI
- Create reusable solution patterns and technical playbooks
- Navigate security, legal, procurement, and compliance processes
- Manage scope changes, risks, and contract modifications
- Run sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting
- Travel to customer sites to support delivery and adoption
