About the Role
You will lead priority enterprise AI initiatives from scoping and planning through deployment, launch, and adoption. You will establish delivery plans, resolve risks and blockers, coordinate stakeholders, measure customer outcomes, lead delivery reviews, and create reusable delivery practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years leading enterprise technology deployments, customer delivery programs, or transformation initiatives
- Experience driving programs from scope through launch and adoption
- Knowledge of AI systems, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, security dependencies, and deployment risks
- Ability to create actionable delivery plans
- Risk management and decision-making skills
- Customer and cross-functional stakeholder leadership
- Communication with executives, technical specialists, and customer operators
- Commercial awareness of deployment, adoption, consumption, customer value, and growth
Responsibilities
- Lead priority AI initiatives from scoping through deployment, launch, and adoption
- Build integrated delivery plans with scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, resources, and success measures
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive stakeholder decisions
- Lead launch-readiness and activation planning
- Track adoption, consumption, and customer outcomes
- Lead customer and internal delivery reviews
- Create reusable delivery playbooks, tools, and product feedback
