About the Role

You will plan and execute maintenance windows, coordinate major-incident response, and track remediation through closure. You will support network switch upgrades, identify technical risks, coordinate vendors and customer-facing stakeholders, and build practical execution frameworks for cloud-availability programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 to 5+ years of Technical Program Manager experience
Experience with cloud infrastructure, availability, or operations environments
Knowledge of maintenance windows, host patching, and hardware/firmware update cycles
Experience with incident coordination, post-incident reviews, and remediation tracking against SLAs
Familiarity with network switch upgrade or migration planning
Experience using AI tools for program management
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Plan and execute maintenance windows and production changes for high-availability cloud infrastructure
Coordinate cross-functional response during major incidents and unplanned outages
Lead post-incident reviews and track remediation items through closure
Support planning for network switch upgrades and migrations
Identify and escalate technical risks in cloud-availability programs
Coordinate hardware and network vendors and Customer Success during infrastructure upgrades
Build lightweight execution frameworks for availability and reliability programs
Use AI tools for risk identification, dependency tracking, and status communication
