About the Role
You will lead cross-functional planning and execution for strategic launches, including new products and market expansions. You will own integrated plans, dependencies, risks, operating rhythms, readiness reviews, and post-launch KPI reviews. You will align stakeholders, remove blockers, support leadership decisions, and design and refine the program management framework.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or similar cross-functional delivery roles
- Track record of launching complex cross-functional initiatives end to end
- Analytical skills for setting baselines, tracking progress, sizing trade-offs, and supporting leadership recommendations
- Ability to lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Finance
- Planning skills including dependency mapping, risk management, readiness, and go/no-go processes
- Collaboration and written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in fintech, payments, FX, crypto, or regulated launches is preferred
- Familiarity with FX markets, cross-border payments, or stablecoin infrastructure is preferred
- Experience building a program management function or framework from scratch is preferred
Responsibilities
- Join initiatives early to ensure cross-functional needs shape plans.
- Build and own integrated cross-functional plans, dependencies, and requirements.
- Map stakeholders and define team roles.
- Set up and run initiative kickoffs, weekly syncs, status reports, steering reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress, maintain RAID logs, and remove blockers.
- Surface regulatory, licensing, banking, liquidity, and compliance dependencies.
- Make scope, timeline, and effort trade-offs visible and facilitate decisions.
- Own launch-readiness checklists and go/no-go processes.
- Run gate checkpoints and ensure functional sign-off and readiness.
- Lead post-launch KPI reviews at three and six months.
- Provide executives with status, risks, and decisions needed.
- Partner with Product and function leads to maintain shared ownership.
- Design, roll out, and refine the program management framework.
