About the Role
You will work with Product Managers and delivery teams to understand working practices, Agile maturity, challenges, and improvement opportunities. You will help shape the delivery framework, define and track metrics, and coach teams toward their goals. You will identify and remove delivery impediments, collaborate with stakeholders, and directly lead business-critical delivery initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- Experience in payments or fintech, particularly at a company that has run multi-market licensing
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to individual teams and real-world challenges
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading and implementing change across people and processes
- Experience leading complex, business-critical projects across multiple teams
- Stakeholder and team management skills
- Facilitation skills for meetings and workshops
- Ability to analyse trends, impediments, and opportunities and develop solutions
- Ability to build relationships and coach teams
- Commitment to continuous learning and experimentation

Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers and delivery teams to understand their ways of working, Agile maturity, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Help shape and advocate for the Delivery Framework
- Define and track north star metrics
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to support teams in achieving their goals
- Identify and remove impediments to fast, high-quality, high-value delivery
- Collaborate across Product Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholder groups
- Lead business-critical delivery initiatives when required
