About the Role
You will lead Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, coach team members and product owners, and protect the team’s focus by managing scope, priorities, and working agreements. You will identify and resolve dependencies, risks, blockers, and impediments; optimize Kanban flow; use AI tools for planning and reporting; align stakeholders; and report delivery health to leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Agile delivery experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Lead Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Experience leading Scrum teams end to end and working with Kanban teams
- Hands-on experience using AI or GenAI tools in delivery or supporting AI-focused projects
- Experience managing stakeholder boundaries, scope, and expectations
- Experience with dependency management across multiple teams
- Verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies
- Coach team members and product owners on Agile principles and best practices
- Manage scope, priorities, working agreements, and stakeholder expectations
- Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams
- Manage and optimize Kanban flow, work-in-progress limits, cycle time, and throughput metrics
- Use AI and GenAI tools to improve planning, reporting, backlog quality, and productivity
- Partner with product owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to align priorities
- Track and report team progress, velocity, and delivery health
- Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement
