About the Role
You will lead end-to-end delivery for data hall and AI cluster activation. You will coordinate construction, infrastructure, networking, hardware, commissioning, procurement, and operations workstreams; manage vendors; maintain program artifacts; communicate risks and schedules; and improve deployment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering complex data center physical infrastructure programs
- AI and GPU infrastructure knowledge
- Knowledge of power density, cooling, networking, and deployment sequencing
- Experience bridging construction handover and cluster deployment
- Construction, low-voltage, and commissioning knowledge
- Vendor and contractor management
- Multi-site or multi-region program delivery
- Long-lead procurement and hardware supply-chain knowledge

Responsibilities
- Own program delivery for data hall and AI cluster activation
- Coordinate construction, infrastructure, network, hardware, ICT, commissioning, and operations workstreams
- Translate AI and GPU infrastructure requirements into deployment plans
- Manage vendors, integration contractors, and service providers
- Develop executive-level status briefings
- Maintain schedules, RACI matrices, risk registers, decision logs, and deployment runbooks
- Identify and drive scalable process improvements
- Travel to data center locations as needed
