About the Role

You will own planning and execution for hardware-platform projects in a robotics new-product-introduction program. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and process; coordinate cross-functional teams, sites, and suppliers; mitigate risks; resolve blockers; align stakeholders; and communicate clearly across distributed engineering groups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-graduate project or program management experience leading hardware new product development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field relevant to robotics or engineering
• Technical background in systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software
• Understanding of mechanical and hardware development processes for scalable manufacturing
• Experience in highly cross-functional engineering environments
• Proficiency with program management methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
• Ability to lead through influence across diverse teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• Willingness to work early hours for collaboration with London

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of hardware-platform NPI projects
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and process
• Track progress across teams, sites, and suppliers
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and clear blockers
• Build stakeholder alignment and secure commitments
• Establish clear, timely program communication
• Apply systems thinking and technical judgment to prioritize work
• Continuously improve program practices
