About the Role
You will own program planning and execution for vision and robotics initiatives. You will maintain integrated roadmaps, identify delivery risks and capacity gaps, manage engineering work in Jira, coordinate integration and release readiness, and align engineering, customer, and program stakeholders from development through deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline
- Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs involving robotics, industrial automation, computer vision, perception, sensing, mechatronics, or integrated systems
- Understanding of hardware, software, controls, systems integration, and product-development processes
- Experience in NPD and/or NPI environments
- Ability to develop integrated schedules, manage dependencies, assess risk and capacity, and drive scope and priority decisions
- Proficiency with Jira, program plans, dashboards, and metrics
- Communication and facilitation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution across vision and robotics initiatives
- Build and maintain integrated roadmaps across vision, perception, robotics, software, controls, and cell hardware
- Identify delivery risks, capacity constraints, and gaps and drive decisions and escalation
- Manage backlogs, releases, dependencies, issue tracking, and program-health metrics in Jira
- Partner on prioritization, resource needs, change control, and schedule trade-offs
- Coordinate integration, validation, and release readiness across labs, testing environments, and customer sites
- Coordinate stakeholders from development through deployment
