About the Role
You will oversee the product portfolio through dashboards and manage strategically important programs and complex projects. You will support quarterly roadmap planning and execution, report progress to management, improve PMO practices, develop project-management capability across the organization, and roll out company initiatives to assigned product lines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 3 years of program management experience
- Portfolio management experience
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, mathematics, or an equivalent field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management or PMO certification
- Systematic and disciplined problem-solving using established methodologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, and similar project management tools
- Native-level Japanese and conversational-level English

- Use dashboards to understand the product portfolio
- Manage strategically important programs and projects
- Manage and support quarterly product roadmap planning and execution
- Provide regular progress reports to management
- Improve PMO working practices
- Train and develop project-management skills across the organization
