About the Role
You will own the project plan and schedule for engineering development and deployment. You will track requirements, design reviews, milestones, vendors, contract manufacturers, logistics, risks, dependencies, and decisions through production readiness and international field deployment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical program or project management experience
- Experience with complex hardware systems
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners
- Ability to operate amid ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work 4–5 days per week from the San Leandro headquarters
- Willingness to travel internationally for manufacturing and deployment
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end project plan and schedule
- Coordinate commercial, leadership, engineering, manufacturing, supply-chain, and field workstreams
- Drive the system design adaptation cycle
- Track requirements, design reviews, and milestones through production readiness
- Manage external vendors and contract manufacturers with supply chain
- Plan and coordinate international deployment logistics
- Maintain visibility into risks, dependencies, and the critical path
- Surface tradeoffs and align stakeholders on status and decisions
