About the Role

You will own end-to-end planning and execution for robotics new-product-introduction projects across hardware and software. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and process; coordinate teams, sites, and suppliers; anticipate and mitigate risks; clear blockers; align stakeholders; and communicate program status across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-graduate project or program management experience leading new product development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field relevant to robotics or engineering
• Technical background in complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software
• Understanding of Agile software and sequenced hardware development lifecycles
• Proficiency with program management methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
• Ability to lead through influence across diverse teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• Willingness to work occasional later hours for collaboration with Boston and Vancouver
