About the Role
You will lead end-to-end schedules for hardware and engineering improvements. You will develop program, material, and validation plans; coordinate hardware-change implementation and software integration; manage technical risks, costs, vendors, sourcing, and logistics; and report progress and operational risks to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of technical program management experience focused on hardware, embedded software, and product planning
- Understanding of hardware design processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing workflows
- Understanding of hardware and software interactions
- Experience managing priorities across hardware, software, product, and operations disciplines
- Experience working with cross-functional technical engineering teams
- Familiarity with MS Project or Smartsheet
- Business acumen and cost-management experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program schedules for engineering improvements

- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Manage product planning across product, engineering, supply chain, and software
- Implement processes that improve efficiency

- Present program status, metrics, and operational risks to senior leadership
