About the Role
You will lead the PMO for data center infrastructure, establish governance and operating rhythms, and align priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions across delivery functions. You will oversee portfolio reporting, facilitate executive reviews, coordinate integrated delivery plans, and build and mentor PMO professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management, PMO leadership, infrastructure delivery, or related experience
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience supporting large-scale data center, cloud, AI infrastructure, energy, or mission-critical programs
- Experience aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Portfolio governance, program reporting, delivery assurance, risk management, dependency management, and change governance experience
- Financial and commercial acumen including CapEx planning and budget tracking
- Executive communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the data center infrastructure PMO
- Establish governance, delivery cadence, reporting, and assurance mechanisms
- Align stakeholders on priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Develop executive dashboards, business reviews, and steering committee materials
- Coordinate plans across development, power, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, network, security, and operations
- Facilitate escalation meetings and resolve delivery blockers
- Maintain documentation of decisions, actions, owners, and timelines
- Build, lead, and mentor the PMO team
