About the Role
You will own program plans across R&D workstreams from concept through prototype, qualification, and production handoff. You will run NPI programs, coordinate design reviews and procurement, manage risks and decisions across functions, and provide leadership reporting with recovery plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in hardware or infrastructure programs
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering programs
- Manage multiple concurrent programs across distributed engineering, manufacturing, and vendor teams
- Experience with NPI, data center, energy, aerospace, automotive, or similar build-heavy domains
Responsibilities
- Own program plans across R&D workstreams
- Run NPI programs from design review through production handoff
- Coordinate build schedules, procurement, and lab and test capacity
- Drive execution across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and deployment
- Surface risks early and drive decisions
- Build leadership reporting with recovery plans
- Create processes that improve execution velocity
