About the Role
You will own end-to-end delivery of complex AI data center build programs across multiple workstreams. You will facilitate critical decisions, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, maintain schedules and risks, produce executive summaries, manage organizational change, and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience in a technical or infrastructure-focused organization
- Expert proficiency with Smartsheet and Jira Plans
- Experience managing multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical complexity for business audiences
- Experience in organizational change management
- Understanding of data center deployments and infrastructure rollout critical paths
- Experience managing large-scale multi-vendor builds across the program lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of comprehensive data center build programs
- Oversee multiple complex workstreams
- Lead critical conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions
- Coordinate communication among internal teams, vendors, and global partners
- Maintain program schedules, dependencies, and risks in program management tools
- Create executive-level summaries and dashboards
- Establish structure, identify bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional resolution
