About the Role

You will turn data-center capacity targets into executable project plans and manage delivery from site mobilization through handover. You will own schedules, budgets, forecasts, change orders, contracts, risk mitigation, and earned-value reporting. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Lead project management for hyperscale data center, large industrial, or infrastructure builds
• Understand civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, procurement, and cost-control scopes
• Use Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Ares, Excel, Smartsheet, and Confluence
• Communicate with executives and trades
• Build and scale project teams across regions and time zones
• Travel 80–100% to active sites
• PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, equivalent certification, construction management qualification, or multi-region fast-track delivery experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, risk management, and project delivery for global data centers
• Build and own integrated construction schedules
• Manage project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, change-order governance, and earned-value reporting
• Facilitate phase-gate and design reviews
• Manage RFPs, bid analysis, awards, PCO tracking, and contract close-out
• Identify critical-path and long-lead risks and drive mitigation
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and develop staffing plans
• Run standups, reviews, and retrospectives
