About the Role
You will lead the APAC project-controls function and establish regional governance, tools, and reporting. You will own portfolio budgets, forecasts, schedules, risk analysis, change control, dashboards, and controls interfaces with internal stakeholders and delivery partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
- 15+ years in project controls on major capital projects
- 5+ years leading multi-project or regional controls teams
- Direct accountability for portfolios exceeding USD 1 billion
- Experience in cost engineering, earned value management, CPM scheduling, and quantitative risk analysis
- Experience delivering in at least two APAC markets
- Advanced Primavera P6 and cost-management-platform skills
- Strong Excel and BI skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, and develop the APAC project-controls function
- Set and enforce the regional controls framework
- Represent project controls in executive, investment, and board reviews
- Own budget baselines, forecasts, and contingency management
- Lead cost reporting, variance analysis, and forecast-to-complete reviews
- Manage integrated master schedules and critical-path analysis
- Assure contractor schedules and conduct schedule health checks
- Run quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis
- Govern trend logs, change orders, variations, and claims
- Lead project-controls systems, data models, automation, and analytics
- Deliver portfolio dashboards for cost, schedule, risk, and earned-value KPIs
- Manage controls interfaces with contractors, consultants, and joint-venture partners
