About the Role
You will lead end-to-end execution for autonomous trucking programs. You will build integrated schedules, launch new sites and routes, manage dependencies and risks, communicate program status, coordinate with OEM customers, improve operating practices, and support technical proposals and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience on advanced software, robotics, or autonomous vehicle programs
- Experience owning a program launch or operational bring-up
- Experience running programs across distributed teams, sites, and time zones
- Systems-level understanding of hardware, software, and field operations
- Communication skills with engineers and OEM executives
- Willingness to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program milestones for trucking engagements
- Lead autonomous trucking launches at new sites, routes, and regions
- Build launch plans across facilities, fleet, safety, engineering, and local operations
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and make trade-offs visible
- Maintain program status for working teams and executives
- Clarify use cases and requirements with OEM customers and stakeholders
- Implement scalable operating practices
- Support technical proposals, RFQ responses, and technology demonstrations
