About the Role
You will manage the delivery of automation technology and robotic solutions for customers and partners. You will align stakeholders on scope, feasibility, timelines, quality, and risk; coordinate internal development and external delivery; maintain delivery status and budgets; and provide leadership updates. You will also help improve delivery standards and processes and travel regularly to visit customers and partners.
Requirements
- Apply technical program and project management approaches in ambiguous settings with shifting priorities.
- Perform project scoping, planning, risk analysis, timeline estimation, and status tracking.
- Facilitate alignment among competing needs and constraints through critical thinking.
- Manage collaborative external projects end to end, including scope negotiation, stakeholder management, and priority alignment.
- Communicate concisely and clearly with external partners and customers.
- Navigate cultural nuances and build international relationships.
- Hold a Master of Science in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
