About the Role
You will own program planning and delivery, coordinate milestones and dependencies, run business reviews, maintain program information in Jira, develop resource-planning frameworks, and manage departmental budget and OPEX tracking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management, engineering operations, or similar experience
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering programs
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and data-reporting tools
- Experience establishing operating cadences, business reviews, and single-source-of-truth systems
- Experience with resource and capacity planning
- Experience with budget or OPEX tracking
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to senior leadership
- Engineering background or degree and comfort with technical discussions
- Experience in robotics or mechatronics
- Experience supporting department or executive leadership
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program planning and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering initiatives and milestones
- Track dependencies and resolve blockers
- Run monthly business reviews and prepare leadership insights
- Maintain program information and visibility tools in Jira
- Develop and run resource-planning reviews
- Manage departmental budget and OPEX tracking
