About the Role
You will support and lead cross-functional PMO initiatives. You will build project plans and execution records, maintain portfolio information, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver clear dashboards and leadership updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Cross-functional project experience
- Project management knowledge including scope, schedules, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Jira
- Smartsheet
- Confluence
- Power BI
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office
- Written communication
- Verbal communication
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of PMO initiatives
- Lead assigned initiatives and workstreams
- Build and maintain project plans, registers, logs, and trackers
- Maintain PMO portfolio information in Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence
- Clarify scope, ownership, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Create dashboards, status summaries, and leadership updates
- Identify execution gaps and recommend corrective actions
