About the Role

You will own the end-to-end R&D delivery process across capability domains and regions, from intake and planning through execution and release. You will maintain the integrated program plan, manage milestones and dependencies, address delivery risks, align stakeholders, and coordinate multi-region rollout sequencing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in infrastructure, cloud, or large-scale systems
• Proven cross-functional, multi-team program delivery experience
• Strong dependency and risk management skills
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Technical background sufficient to engage with infrastructure and platform engineers

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end R&D delivery process across capability domains and regions
• Build and maintain the integrated program plan and master schedule
• Track milestones and the critical path and drive corrective action when dates are at risk
• Define and improve delivery processes, cadence, gates, and definitions of done
• Manage cross-team and cross-region dependencies
• Surface and unblock execution risks before they affect the schedule
• Run planning, status, risk, and milestone reviews
• Keep stakeholders aligned on scope, status, and changes
• Provide leadership with delivery status, risks, and forecasts
• Coordinate multi-region rollout sequencing with engineering leads
