About the Role
You will own end-to-end execution for a large cross-functional brokerage program. You will coordinate engineering, product, design, CX, and operations; resolve blockers; manage risks and dependencies; create stakeholder communications; provide decision support; hold teams accountable to timelines; and maintain a clear view of program health.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Technical Program Manager experience delivering large-scale cross-functional engineering programs
- Knowledge of system design, AWS, and core infrastructure concepts
- Written communication skills for translating technical work into stakeholder updates
- Organizational skills for managing complex multi-team programs
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engineering execution for a cross-functional brokerage program
- Coordinate product, design, CX, and engineering work
- Resolve execution gaps and blockers
- Partner on stakeholder narratives and communications
- Identify risks and dependencies early
- Create program structure and hold teams accountable to timelines
- Provide engineering teams with context, clarity, and decision support
- Maintain and communicate program health
