About the Role
You will lead complex infrastructure migrations, sequence dependencies, manage risks, and drive programs to completion. You will establish planning and reporting cadences, maintain decision and action logs, clarify goals into plans and milestones, and communicate program status across technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure migrations
- Scope work, sequence dependencies, manage risk, and drive completion
- Establish planning cadences, status reporting, decision logs, risk reviews, and escalation paths
- Design team structures, ownership boundaries, and operating models with engineering leaders
- Track open items and drive follow-ups and decisions to resolution
- Turn ambiguous goals into scoped, sequenced, resourced plans with milestones
- Manage cross-team risks and dependencies
- Run program reviews and communicate status to technical and leadership audiences
