About the Role
You will own robotaxi program delivery from vehicle and fleet readiness through launch and in-market scaling. You will coordinate autonomy, vehicle software, hardware, operations, safety, and local partners; manage dependencies and risks; run delivery cadences; communicate progress; and support local vehicle programs in Japan.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading complex multi-team programs
- Technical credibility across autonomy, vehicle software, and vehicle hardware
- Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk, and dependency management
- Written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working across geographies and cultures
- Ability to define and use delivery metrics
- Systems thinking and product-minded prioritization
Responsibilities
- Own robotaxi program delivery from fleet readiness through launch and in-market scaling
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across autonomy, vehicle, operations, and safety
- Coordinate engineering, fleet operations, safety, and local partner teams
- Support robotaxi launch and in-market operations in Yokohama
- Support local vehicle hardware and software programs
- Run planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
- Improve tooling, processes, and ways of working
