About the Role
You will manage HR programs and initiatives from planning through delivery. You will create plans, milestones, workstreams, and ownership; coordinate across functions; manage risks and dependencies; align stakeholders; and build repeatable workflows and tools for scalable HR execution.
Requirements
- At least three years of project or program management experience in a fast-moving, high-growth organization
- Ability to independently drive complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
- Project management expertise
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to create alignment and accountability
- Strong written communication and documentation
Responsibilities
- Manage programs and initiatives across the global HR roadmap
- Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership
- Coordinate execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams
- Drive decisions and manage risks and dependencies
- Keep stakeholders aligned
