You will lead operations for the federal program across commercial, product, clinical, engineering, legal, and government affairs workstreams. You will establish operating rhythms, track delivery and risks, report to executives, manage federal stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and build scalable program management tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Align cross-functional teams on federal program strategy and goals
• Design and run the federal program operating cadence
• Maintain program strategy, delivery status, outcomes, and goals
• Track milestones and hold teams accountable for delivery
• Lead escalations and cross-functional problem-solving
• Report program health, progress, risks, and resource needs to executive leadership
• Manage relationships with federal stakeholders and teaming partners
• Translate customer needs into internal priorities
• Coordinate work across product, commercial, sales, clinical success, legal, and government affairs
• Build program management tooling, templates, dashboards, playbooks, and deployment onboarding infrastructure
