About the Role

You will serve as the embedded PMO partner for Pre-Construction and Construction initiatives. You will create structured work plans, coordinate stakeholders across functions, facilitate decision-making, manage dependencies and risks, and report progress, blockers, and priorities to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, construction, infrastructure, engineering, development, or a related environment.
  • Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple departments, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes.
  • Ability to create structured execution plans for ambiguous or complex initiatives.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and create accountability without direct authority.
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills for technical teams, functional leaders, and executives.
  • Problem-solving skills for identifying organizational gaps, dependencies, and risks.
  • Experience with Jira and related collaboration and documentation tools.
  • Written, verbal, and executive reporting skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Pre-Construction and Construction leadership to understand priorities, constraints, and cross-functional needs.
  • Translate initiatives into workstreams, tasks, milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Maintain project visibility through PMO systems and reporting processes.
  • Identify dependencies across Site Development, Operations, Technology, EHS, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other functions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and track decisions, action items, and follow-through.
  • Identify and help resolve risks, stalled work, unclear ownership, resource constraints, and competing priorities.
  • Escalate material risks and decisions to appropriate leadership.
  • Support prioritization, sequencing, capacity, and resourcing discussions.
  • Incorporate required support-function processes into project plans.
  • Track execution against business priorities and report progress, risks, decisions, and blockers.
  • Apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices consistently.
