About the Role
You will lead end-to-end program management across ML, kernel, compiler, runtime, and tools domains. You will coordinate distributed delivery, implement agile practices, define program metrics and reporting, turn goals into engineering programs, manage dependencies, and mitigate schedule and quality risks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, engineering manager, or technical program manager
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a technical program manager in software development
- Educational background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field
- Experience with complex software/hardware integration
- Experience managing distributed, multi-region engineering teams
- Understanding of software lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and project toolchain integration
- Familiarity with AI/ML, compiler/runtime, or kernel development
- Experience establishing scalable processes in fast-moving engineering organizations
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure, semiconductor, or system software companies
- Knowledge of optimization for GPUs, NPUs, or custom ASICs
- Experience scaling engineering teams at Series B/C startups
- Experience managing external dependencies or customer-driven timelines
Responsibilities
