About the Role
You will lead end-to-end software development for a chiplet-based SiP across architecture, tape-out, silicon debug, and productization. You will manage multi-year roadmaps, define metrics and work plans, de-risk bring-up, coordinate vendor integrations, establish CI/CD and testing frameworks, and communicate program trade-offs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical program management or chip-level engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience with multi-chip or chiplet systems
- Familiarity with heterogeneous compute architectures and early software phases
- Ability to manage large engineering programs, external vendors, and software stacks from bare metal to ML frameworks
- Understanding of hardware-software codesign at chiplet, package, and system levels
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
Responsibilities
- Devise and manage multi-year software roadmaps
- Coordinate work across silicon, firmware, and runtime teams
- Define success metrics, work breakdown structures, and risk-management strategies
- Own shift-left strategies to de-risk bring-up and accelerate time-to-market
- Manage PCIe, D2D, and Ethernet vendor software integrations
- Establish CI/CD and testing frameworks
- Communicate program status and trade-offs with executives, engineers, and stakeholders
